1. General Provisions and Definitions

Required Documents

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

xbagee offers new Members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement must be met to use the bonus.

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000

General Bonus Terms

• Each Member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses are usable only on specific games — see the game list in the control panel.
• If promotional terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

xbagee's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week

6. Gaming Rules

Game Results

2. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
3. Using any bot, automated software, or hacking tool.
4. Attempting to artificially influence the game system.
5. Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
6. Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
7. Using xbagee's intellectual property without authorisation.
8. Threatening or harassing other Members or staff.
9. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
10. Attempting to bypass the identity verification process by providing false information.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

xbagee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or suspected fraud.
• Order of a court or government authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Voluntary account closure

9. Responsible Gaming Policy
